It is intended for use with programs that allow text input such as a word processor, text editor, email program, etc. It replaces a text string of up to 32 characters with a word, sentence, paragraphs or pages of text. Insert standard text or create rich text formats to paste into applications that accept it. Save valuable time by not manually typing the text, plus eliminate typing errors by using the already predefined replacement text. Simply choose a word or text string and associate it with the replacement text. Enter virtually an unlimited number of replacement text combinations per file. More than one file may be loaded at the same time. There is a limit of approximately 65,000 characters of replacement text per shortkey. To make it work, run ShortKeys and all word and replacement combinations are active. The program runs in the background, hidden out of the way. If one of the shortkeys is typed, it is erased and the replacement text is inserted in its place.
